Prof. Tsai-yu Lin (林彩瑜)

 


Professor Tsai-yu Lin retired from National Taiwan University (NTU) College of Law in August 2022. She is the Academic Executive Fellow of Asian Center for WTO & International Health Law and Policy (ACWH) and serves as the Chairholder of WTO Chairs Programme at NTU. Professor Lin’s researches are principally in WTO law, international investment law and international health law. In her capacity as the Director of ACWH, Professor Lin was in charge of the publication of two English journals, i.e. “Asian Journal of WTO & International Health Law and Policy” (SSCI-listed journal) and “Contemporary Asia Arbitration Journal” (ESCI-listed journal). Previously she served as the executive secretary of the Asian WTO Research Network (AWRN), commissioner of Taiwan’s International Trade Commission and editorial board member of NTU Law Journal. Professor Lin was included in the Indicative List of Governmental and Non-Governmental Panelists for resolving WTO disputes. She advised Taiwan’s government on trade, investment and related health law and policy issues.
